General Informations
All prices include half board and local taxes per person and per day and are in euro.
Booking conditions according to the Austrian Hotel Regulations (ÖHVB).
Court of jurisdiction is St. Johann/Pg.
On the day of arrival the room is available from 14.00 onwards and on the day of departure until 10.00.
In case of early departure or late arrival, 90% of the room price will be charged.
Reservation:
All bookings are binding on payment of deposit. The rest can be paid before arrival onto our bank account, or in cash or with EC-Card, VISA or Master Card. Reservations or cancellations have to be made in writing. Cancellations are free of charge up to 3 months before date of arrival, between 3 months and 1 month before date of arrival, we charge for three days’ stay. With later cancellations, 80 % of the entire price will be charged. If the booking is cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.

Pets are permitted on request at a charge of €15.00 per day and pet, excluding feed.
