A culinary treat for the palate

Experience the Reslwirt culinary experience with typical Austrian and international delicacies and unforgettable culinary delights. Everything is designed with a creative flourish and masterfully refined with fresh, natural products from the region. Our aim is simple: to provide you with a culinary pampering where you can indulge yourself – cuisine that is tasty, natural and always made with fresh ingredients.

Resl's "All Inclusive light" in summer

  • 7.00 - 7.30 am:
    Coffee from the coffee bar for all early risers
  • 7.30 - 10.00 am:
    Hearty breakfast buffet: Here you can find all for the perfect start into your day.
  • Lunch: Soup, salads and one warm main course from the buffet
  • Afternoon: Cake and Resl's ice cream
  • Start at 6.00 pm:
    For adults: 4 course menu and salad buffet or theme buffet evening
    For our little guests: Daily children buffet
  • 10.00 am - 9.00 pm:
    Soft drinks* from the juice bar, coffee and tea
    *Currant, multivitamin, hollunder, apple and orange juice, fanta, soda, fresh Flachauer water


DRESSCODE
The dinner in our restaurants is for us always a special event. Therefore, the dresscode for dinner time is casual-elegant.

"Brekafast Plus" in winter & summer

  • 7.00 - 7.30 am:
    Coffee from the coffee bar for all early risers
  • 7.30 - 10.00 am:
    Hearty breakfast buffet: Here you can find all for the perfect start into your day.
  • Lunch in summer: Soup, salads and one warm main course from the buffet, cake and ice in the afternoon
  • Afternoon snack in winter: "Sweets & Sours"
  • During the day:
    Soft drinks* from the juice bar, coffee and tea
    *Currant, multivitamin, hollunder, apple and orange juice, fanta, soda, fresh Flachauer water


Dinner for extra charge (á la carte in winter)
In summer you can book dinner extra (4 course menu), depending on availablity.
In winter you can choose between our two á la carte restaurant on the resort: Resl's Wirtshaus & Fonduerestaurant Ennshof.
You prefer variety for dinner? Then you are completely on the right place in Flachau - the village convinced of a large choice of different restaurants.

Enjoy the in-house "Reslwirt selection" wine collection, carefully selected, tasted and bottled in collaboration with Harald Schindler, a wine producer from Burgenland. With a bottle of wine from the Reslwirt Selection, you can take a holiday memory home with you - at "source" price. Whether as a souvenir or as a gift, the exquisite wines evoke that holiday feeling. Whether you are looking for a practical gift pack, individual bottles or a crate, the hotel's wine cellar is well stocked.

Our fondue restaurant in the Ennshof offers delicious food and the right, cosy ambience in which to enjoy one of our unique fondue creations.
Look forward to a fun evening with friends, a romantic get-together or an office party. We serve a variety of fondue treats (fondue chinoise, bourguignonne, cheese or chocolate and children's fondue). 

The Ennshof’s children’s playroom is at hand for our little connoisseurs when their enthusiasm for dining starts to wane!




Our fondue restaurant is also perfect for celebrations of all kinds (birthdays, family celebrations, office parties). We will be more than happy to collaborate with you to create an extraordinary fondue menu. 

Our winter cooking times:

Daily from 17.00 - 21.00.

The fondue restaurant is closed in summer.
