Cancellation conditions:
According to § 5.5 of the Austrian AGBH, the contract of accommodation may be terminated without paying a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party no later than 3 months before the agreed day of arrival of the guest. Outside the period referred to in § 5.5., a withdrawal by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible under payment of the following cancellation fees:
Check In / Check Out:
The room will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and until 10 am on the day of departure.
Late check-out is possible on request and for a surcharge.
Children's equipment:
You may borrow baby and children's equipment. You can find an overview here.
Date booking SPA:
We recommend that you book appointments for massage and cosmetic treatments before you arrive. You may cancel confirmed dates up to 24 hours in advance free of charge.
Deposit:
Please transfer the deposit corresponding to the individual reservation confirmation within 7 days.
Dogs/pets:
We are sure you will find your four-legged friend a nice place to stay with friends or relatives and ask you to appreciate that we cannot accommodate pets for hygienic reasons.
Electric charging post:
Resort guests with electric cars may use the electric charging post at the hotel to recharge vehicles for free.
Extra bed:
Sofa beds serve as extra beds in rooms. Extra beds are only available upon request. Price for adults using extra beds: room price minus 10%.

There are two free parking spaces next to our building. Please ask if you would like to book an underground parking space for a fee of € 10.00 per day.
Payment:
You can pay with cash, EC-card, VISA or MasterCard. In order to save you waiting a long time on your day of departure, you are welcome to settle your bill by 2100 the evening before you leave. In this case, please inform our service team so that your outstanding consumption can be accounted for.
Resl's travel cancellation fee:
We offer you the opportunity to take advantage of the Resl's travel cancellation fee of € 3.00 per adult per night. All cancellation fees are then covered in case of accident, illness (medical certificate required) or death. The travel cancellation fee is automatically booked for you, so please tell us if you do not wish to take advantage of this offer!
Single room supplement:
Depending on the type of room, we charge a single room supplement of up to 100%.
Short stay supplements:
Depending on the capacity, short stays may be priced at up to €50.00 per person per night.
Smoking:
All rooms and indoor hotel areas are non-smoking zones. You may smoke in the smoking lounge in front of the Reslwirt or Ennshof.
